Hours: 8am until 4pm (Monday to Friday) although can be flexible
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Polytec are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our Cambridge based client. You will be responsible for the assembly and testing of cutting edge electromechanical products in a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manual assembly and test of complex electromechanical devices
* Assisting with process development and automation projects
* Carrying out daily checks on equipment
* Working within multidisciplinary teams to provide DFM feedback to the development team
Requirements:
* Experience of precision mechanical assembly as well as soldering and operating semi-automated process equipment
* Ability to work in an RandD environment where requirements can change at short notice
* Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment would be beneficial but full training would be given
* Excellent problem solving and process improvement skills
