Position: Site Manager (Highways and Roads)
Location: North West
Job Type: Permanent (Freelance opportunities available)

Our client is a leading North West based civil engineering company specialising in highways, roads, and infrastructure projects. With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, they are committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. As they expand their operations, they are looking for talented and experienced Site Managers to join their dynamic team for long-term permanent positions. While they prefer permanent staff, freelance opportunities are also available for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage highway and road construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
Resolve any onsite issues or conflicts efficiently. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on highways and road construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management.
