M & E Building Services Quantity Surveyor

On behalf of my client TXM are looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to work for an exciting and reputable building services company working across the East Midlands. You will have exposure to working on commercial projects. As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be looking after all contractual and financial controls and managing the delivery of commercial project objectives. Working from my clients Northampton office you will be working on large scale projects.

M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• You will need to ensure commercial & contractual control and coordination of the project.

• Variations

• Cost planning

• Supporting the Commercial Manager

• MEP Procurement and manage MEP packages.

M&E Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• Full understanding of various risks with forms of contracts.

• M&E, Building Services experience only.

• Technical skills

• Clear and precise communication

• Negotiation skills
