As an EHC Case Officer, you'll be the backbone of our mission, ensuring children receive the support and resources they need to excel in their learning journey.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Act as a dedicated case manager for statutory assessments and Education, Health & Case Plans.
Lead the statutory annual review process, guiding transitions and ensuring continuous support.
Make crucial decisions on EHC needs assessments and issuance of EHC Plans.
Represent our team at formal mediation sessions.
Manage a talented team of caseworkers and admin staff, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Make informed decisions based on annual review reports.
Establish strong partnerships with schools, professionals, and parents, ensuring seamless support and collaboration.🚀 This is a short-term opportunity to make a lasting impact on the education sector!
