Our client based in Northamptonshire require a Customer Service Operations Co-ordinator to join the office to provide administrative support to the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team as directed by the Customer Service Manager/Team leader.

* Provide administrative support of the Technical Services Department Vehicle Fleet as and when required.

* Management of Engineers Uniform & PPE.

* Coordinate the allocation and distribution of shared tools.

* Ensure all test and service equipment requiring calibration is calibrated within required timescales with minimal disruption to planned work.

* Procurement.

* Produce all installation kits, according to the specification provided by Project Managers/Lead Engineers.

* Supporting the Customer Service Manager with the organisation of Department Meetings.

* Participate as a member of the Technical Services team, providing support to other team members where required.

* Put forward ideas and assist in the development of standards and procedures to assist in the overall development of the department and company
