Overview
Florin Healthcare are excited to be exclusively working with an elderly care provider for a Home Manager in the Lancashire area near to the Blackburn / Burnley area. The home is a small elderly care home that provides residential and dementia care and is part of a small family-owned business with an excellent reputation in the area. The successful Home Manager will have lots of autonomy in the role and should be able to operate a care home as if it was their own business. Currently the home is performing really well operationally and is fully compliant with CQC.
The candidate
As the Manager, you should have a good understanding of CQC compliance as well as the ability to communicate effectively with the local stakeholders. The ideal Home Manager should be a confident leader who wants a role where they can operate without any micromanagement and have fill autonomy of the service. You will have a great long standing staff team behind you along with very supportive owners who will back you within your new venture.
