Salary up to £35,000

Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 1700hrs

We are currently supporting a Northampton based firm in their search for an experienced HR Advisor. Our client is looking for a HR professional who is looking for a role where you can really make a difference.

As a HR Advisor you will play a crucial role in our supporting our clients HR department, this is a varied role and an exciting opportunity for someone to really make a difference and contribute to the success of their growing business.  You will be a strong communicator with exceptional relationship skills, and the ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Duties

Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and employees on HR-related matters.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Handle casework, including investigations, disciplinaries, appeals, occupational health, absences management, and performance management.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and developments 

The candidate

CIPD Level 5
Proven minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR position – including HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, Human Resources Advisor, HRBP, HR Generalist., etc.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
