Service: 3-Bed Children's EBD Provider

Status: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to set up, lead and manage a brand-new 3-bed children's EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people by providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care and support are provided.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
Foster a positive and therapeutic environment, promoting the emotional and physical well-being of the children.
Liaise with external agencies, including local authorities, schools, and healthcare providers.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the home.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within a children's residential care setting.
Strong understanding of EBD and therapeutic care approaches.
Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements (Ofsted).
Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 5 Diploma or equivalent).
Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
