Xpert Resourcing are seeking a well organised and customer focused Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, providing outstanding customer service and dealing with any queries.

Duties will include:

* Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

* Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

* Processing customer requests and providing information.

* Storing documents and relevant information.

* Confirming contractual agreements via email and post.

* Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.

* Support the office with various administrative duties

Experience / skills required:

* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Hours of work:

* 0830 - 5pm

* Monday to Friday
