Our client is a leading refrigeration company in its field, operating nationally to provide an efficient, friendly, and professional service to all customers no matter where they are located within the UK.

As Project Manager your role will involve being one of the front faces of the business, attending sites to meet new and existing customers and specifying the required equipment and installation methods. Whilst supporting the design team, you will then be required to produce an accurate quotation to be issued to the customer and deal with any questions arising from the quotation. On acceptance of a quotation, it will be your responsibility to order all of the required parts and materials, manage and arrange labour to complete the project in a timely and efficient manner. This role would suit a highly organised individual that is capable of thinking for themselves and confident to make decisions. Refrigeration experience is not essential but would be an advantage.

Day to Day duties will include the following:

• Manage incoming sales enquires.

• Schedule workloads to complete projects.

• Review client work requests.

• Prepare quotations.

• Liaise with parts & equipment suppliers to ensure timely procurement of replacement parts and equipment.

• Raise invoices following works completion.

• Assist with day to day management tasks.

As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:

• Be able to react quickly and multitask

• Strong customer service skills

• Have excellent written and spoken English

• Technical / mechanical knowledge (advantageous)

• Disciplined individual with ability to work under pressure (essential)

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (essential)

• Understanding of CAD software (desirable but not essential)

• Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous)

• Electrical Knowledge & Design (advantageous)
