I am delighted to be actively recruiting for an award-winning RIBA Chartered practice who exciting growth plans mean they are seeking talented Part Two Architectural Assistants to join their well-established practice in Birmingham. They have an excellent reputation being well known for their forward-thinking sustainable designs across multiple sectors including residential, mixed use, education and heritage. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Part Two to join a successful Practice and become an integral member of their team, ensuring their progression to Architect.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have post Part Two qualification experience working on heritage projects, be a confident user of Revit, sketch up and the Adobe Suite and a keen eye for detail.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

RIBA Part One and Two qualifications from ARB/RIBA approved school
Post qualification experience in a design led practice
Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations
Prior experience working on heritage projects
Strong conceptual design skills
Attentiveness to detail and strong technical background
Assist in the design and delivery of projects from conception to completion
Working across the RIBA stages
Well versed in Revit, MicroStation, Sketch Up and the Adobe Suite
Excellent communication skills
Work well within a team and able to work independently
Live locally to Birmingham
