The ideal candidates must have:

Be completing Teacher training (or completed) and gained QTS
*
Good classroom presence

The desire to work with children in an educational environment

An enthusiastic and outgoing personality

The ability to learn while supporting others
* Able to adapt well to different subjects and adjustable to schools policies and procedure
