Role Overview: We are on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager with a robust background in supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of care and operational efficiency across our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Lead and nurture a team of Service Managers, ensuring top-tier service delivery and business outcomes. Promote a culture of teamwork, commitment, and continuous improvement.

Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of services, ensuring profitability while upholding high-quality standards. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and payroll processes.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all services meet regulatory and legislative requirements. Maintain stellar customer service and address complaints and suggestions effectively.

Business Development: Enhance management systems, drive efficiencies, and build lasting relationships with external stakeholders to bolster the company’s reputation.

People Strategy: Ensure robust recruitment and onboarding processes. Lead culture change initiatives and boost employee engagement.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience as an Operations or Registered Manager, ideally in a Supported Living setting.

* Demonstrate leadership and management skills.

* In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CQC or Local Authority contract compliance.

* Exceptional organisational, administrative and computer skills (MS Office proficiency).

* Strong analytical skills for data analysis and report compilation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with people at all levels.

* Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

* Compassionate and caring, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on individuals lives.
