Position Available: Nurse in Elderly Care
Gilbert Meher is currently seeking a dynamic Nurse to join a leading provider in elderly care. As a Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of clinical care and governance within our homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with nurses and carers to maintain high standards of clinical care.
Ensure residents receive excellent nursing and clinical care tailored to their needs.
Contribute to all aspects of clinical delivery and governance.
Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, promoting best nursing practice.
Foster positive working relationships within the team.Reports to: Home Manager
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong clinical skillset and ability to lead a nursing team.
Previous management experience or experience leading a small team.
Ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
Passion for promoting best nursing practice and mentoring others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.Qualifications:
