The Role: 
As a member of the Serve Talent team, you will have the opportunity to sell within an expansive business environment, leveraging our extensive network of job boards across various sectors and regions.

This fast-paced role involves significant inbound and outbound telephone work, including cold calling and initial client account management. You will be responsible for lead generation and maintaining and developing our existing customer database.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and database maintenance
Cold calling and closing B2B sales
Initial stage client account management
Collaborate with the account management support team to streamline administrative tasks About You:
To excel in this role, you will have:
Proven sales experience 
Strong background in new business development 
Experience in B2B cold calling and closing 
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Incentive-driven with a competitive nature
Quick adaptability to new products
Ability to identify and act on opportunities independently
Interest in current and new product developments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Experience in job advertising or recruitment is a plus but not essential  The Benefits:
