The Job You'll Do:
* Attend start-of-shift briefings to receive daily targets
* Produce the required batch of components
* Ensure compliance of all components with customer specifications
* Return jigs/tools to their storage areas and move finished components to the work-in-progress area
* Operate welding machines with a focus on safe working practices
* Optimize welding machine parameters for required joint configurations
* Adhere to company safety procedures
* Utilize overhead crane for material and component transportation
* Perform additional duties as assigned by line managers or appropriate managers
About You:
* Experienced and competent in steel fabrication
* Minimum of 1 year experience in welded component manufacture
* Excellent timekeeping and attendance records
* Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
