We are working with a forward-thinking HR Manager to join a successful Technology Scale up business who are transforming how they work.

The role will be a 12-month Fixed Term salaried contract.

We are seeking an individual who has strong generalist HR experience, you'll be comfortable working alongside colleagues and key stakeholders alike. Advising in relation to the employee lifecycle, as well as implementing best practice processes and procedures to drive effective, efficient, and clear HR operating procedures.

Key skills and experience required:

Provide comprehensive HR support to support all areas within the organisation.
Manage and support leaders with employee relations, providing guidance and counselling support.
Further develop HR policies and procedures
Further develop personal development planning and training to support all levels within the organisation.
Support the evolution of employee benefits program.We are seeking an individual who is seeking a part-time working week, either 3 or 4 days, whichever is preferable. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant legislation. A practitioner in nature with the ability to implement changes in line with industry best practice.

The candidate will need to be able to work in Newcastle upon Tyne. the role is Part time and for a period of 12 months. This is fantatsic opportunity to support an expanding organisation and make a real impact
