We are representing a credible and boutique Firm of Financial Planners who have a large presence throughout the North West who are known for providing bespoke Financial Planning advice to their extensive and growing Client base consisting of high net worth individuals.
You will be working closely with a team of Paraplanners and Financial Planners to provide Administrative Support and ensure the process is seamless and to enhance the Client experience. Our Client offer a family orientated environment and they are fully supportive should be seeking any development OR funding for any Industry related exams you may wish  to work towards.
 
Duties Responsibilities,
Preparing Client files ahead of Client meetings
Processing new business,
Producing Client Illustrations and Valuations
Managing Client relationships
Maintain accurate information within the firm’s CRM Specific Responsibilities
Act as a ‘point of contact’ within the office for a nominated Financial Planner(s), ensuring the Financial Planner(s) cases are logged within the team and provide regular updates on the stage each case is at
Conduct research on ad-hoc withdrawals of plans to assess suitability. To be considered for this Opportunity you will need to have prior experience of working within the industry and have a good understanding in processing new business, Client Illustrations and Valuations.
