Main criteria:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy restaurant.
* Up to £35,000 a year plus weekly & monthly tips – Package to £40,000
* Full time.
Role:
* As the Restaurant Manager , You will work directly alongside the Head Chef and Management team and lead a team of F&B Assistants.
* You will help lead the team and ensure high standards are met and great service is provided daily to the company specifications.
* You will assist in achieving site GP targets by motivating the team and delivering training and development where required.
The ideal candidate:
* You will be a passionate Restaurant Manager who has experience delivering high standards.
* A real passion to provide impeccable service, working hard to maintain and improve performance in order to provide an amazing customer experience.
* A motivator, who is happy to lead and train junior members of the team.
* A great communicator, excellent at developing relationships with different personalities within the kitchen and restaurant.
* The ability to work with senior management and the front/back of house team to ensure that the restaurant maintains it high standards of service and food is prepared and presented to a consistent, high standard.
