ECO project manager required for a market leading company specialising in domestic energy efficient improvements. Our client has grown significantly over the last year and have no plans on slowing down. The ideal candidate will be used to working within the ECO industry and have experience on the installation of all Eco measures and resource planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

* To manage, oversee and ensure all projects are completed in time and on budget.

* To carry out full comprehensive assessments of surveys, including reviewing photos, floor plans etc. to ascertain viability and potential for jobs to progress to install.

* Full costings of projects and pre-approvals to ensure viability and profitability in line with company targets.

* Oversee the logistics, including staff resources and materials of all projects and ensure the completion of relevant paperwork to ensure industry standards are met.

* Working with Engineers to ensure that the works are planned, organised, and carried out efficiently and effectively.

* Act as the point of contact for all installation projects and maintain regular contact with external providers.

* Scheduling and ordering of materials and ensure materials are being accounted for and on site.

* Oversee any customer queries that have directly risen as a result of an install issue.

* Carry out site inspections.

* Prioritising and organising urgent installs when required.

* Following agreed processes and procedures to ensure high standards are consistently achieved and within agreed time frame.

Requirements

* Experience of working within the ECO Scheme is advantageous.

* 2+ years working in a similar industry.

* Ideally have experience of working in a scheduling or planning environment.

* Have strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask.

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice.

* Ability to manage own time and workload.

* Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service.

* Ability to work with all trades.

* Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs.

* Good problem-solving skills – able to analyse problems and make sound decisions.

* A full UK driver’s licence

Salary- £40,000- £45,000
