Senior Project Manager:
Location: Greater Manchester – 3 days per week / remote 2 days per week
Rate: Negotiable and Competitive
Duration: 9 months+
IR35 – To be confirmed
Duties will involve: Project management and delivery of various building improvement works for a Greater Manchester local authority, providing high-quality project and programme management standards across a multi-million regeneration project with projects ranging from retail, leisure, town halls, libraries and hotels.
Requirements:
* Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification
* Experience of public sector building projects and preferably programme management across the project lifecycle.
* Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
* Experience of preparing detailed briefs, and identifying project requirements across the programme of works.
* Experience of Initial launch and engagement meetings with key internal and external project managers/officers.
* Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
* Experience in JCT/NEC forms of contract
