Our industry-leading client based in the Wrexham area is seeking an Operations Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team in a fast-paced office. This is a permanent and full-time position, offering a salary of £24,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day fleet journeys, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Plan routes for drivers, ensuring timely deliveries.
Manage contract requirements, liaising with customers to meet their needs.
Serve as the first point of contact for driver queries, including holiday bookings.
Provide reception and general supportive administration duties.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication and administration skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Proficiency in MS Office packages.
A team player who is willing to support colleagues.
Previous experience within transport, logistics, or route planning is advantageous.
