Project Manager

My client is an established construction group recruiting for their new build housing division which specialises in affordable and social rented properties for predominately Housing Associations.

They have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager to oversee the Fit-out of a 5 storey steel frame building with ground floor units and 50 apartments over 4 floors on a 12-month contract.

Duties to include:

Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver the project
Leading and directing a multi-disciplined construction team
Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
Ensuring that each stage of the project is delivered on time, to budget, and to a high standard
Reporting regularly on progress to the client and stakeholdersRequirements:
