Requirements for a Water Hygiene Engineer:

Minimum 1-year experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer or Water Treatment Engineer
Proficient in servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves
Sound understanding of ACOP L8 compliance
Full UK driving licence
Strong computer skills
Positive work ethic
Preferably based locally in Manchester and willing to travel

Tasks and Duties as a Water Hygiene Engineer:

Conducting site visits to ensure clients' systems comply with industry regulations
Collecting water samples
Monitoring temperatures
Servicing TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves)
Closed system testing
Maintaining cooling towers
Performing acid descaling
