Due to continued expansion across the business, our client, a market leading business is seeking to enhance its team with a senior commissioning engineer.

Role Description

Commissioning of BMS systems and their associated controls including integration and front end supervisors
Producing commissioning reports, tested drawings and test results
Liasing with the project manager and service director keeping them updated on progress of commissioning
Handovers to other engineers of information and instructions
The integration of 3rd party systems into the BMS uisng MODbus, Mbus or BACnet enabled devices.
Keeping up all to date and retuning all documentation
Working in a customer focused environment, liaising with other staff and clients
Production and back engineering of software strategy
Carrying out energy audits, provide energy solutions and ideas
Advising customers on further potential benefits from adapting systems
Quotations of faulty parts and items
Skills and Qualifications

An in-depth knowledge of both BEMS and conventional control
5+ years of experience in BMS Commissioning
Electrical engineering qualification
Strong skills with schematic drawings
