Team Support Healthcare are currently recruiting an experienced CPN Care Coordinator, in Manchester & Greater Manchester.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Salary: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
* Weekend availability
Experience:
* Experience with handling a caseload
* 6 months appropriate experience in the last 3 years
Licence/Certification:
* NMC (required)
* Valid DBS on the update service
* Right to work in the UK
Ability to Commute in Manchester (required)
