Apply now for the position of Managed Service Operations Specialist and you will manage the overall contractual compliance for both Siemens and Third Party solutions as dictated by each Siemens' Managed Pathology Services (MPS) contract. Ensuring successfully managed contracts and customer satisfaction.
Your Role:
* You sit within the Operations Team, which is responsible for the contract management of Siemens large Laboratory Diagnostic Manage Service contract.
* You work closely with the Account Manager to provide site specific contract management and customer assurance.
* You produce and present finance reports and slide decks for internal and customer facing finance reviews.
* You monitor the individual contract for projected revenue and operational costs, in addition to profitability targets, remissions, NCC / FOC and contract efficiencies.
* You manage requests for contractual changes, instigated by both the customer and Siemens and ensure the contract is maintained appropriately.
* You work with other suppliers within the Managed Service Contract to ensure contractual and financial compliance and operational issue resolution.
Your Expertise:
* Experience with business and financial reporting is essential; sales and NHS purchasing experience is desirable
* Analytical approach and commercial awareness of laboratory diagnostics
* Proven experience of building and developing business to business relationships
* Understands frequently used software programs including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as the current CRM and financial tools
* Organised with an eye for detail
* Good communication skills and the ability to deal with customers and colleagues at all levels
