With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting schemes, they are seeking experienced and talented Quantity Surveyors to join their dynamic team.
As a Quantity Surveyor your primary responsibilities will include:
Efficiently manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial objectives.
Oversee the procurement process, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
Effectively manage subcontractor relationships
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cost, contracts, and procurement.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis.Benefits:
