Estimator/VDA - Warrington
The Job:
- To carry out accurate assessments of accident damaged vehicles and provide estimates in a professional manner, adhering to strict time guidelines.
- Invoicing and allocation of work to ensure department meets profit and turnover targets.
- Proactive in conversion of retail estimates.
The Candidate:
- Proven excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people.
- An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information and repair methodology.
- Team player that offers help and support to others.
- A commitment to follow processes.

Basic - £32,500
OTE - £35k - £40k
Mon - Fri - 8.00am - 5.00pm or 9.00am - 6.00pm
Sat - 8.30am - 12.30pm (1 in 4)
