Are you a dedicated, experienced Sister/Charge Nurse looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the ward department of a leading healthcare provider in Huddersfield. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £47,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience, training, and qualifications.

As a Sister/Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Day to day management of the Hospital Ward and its staff
Providing clinical leadership and efficient management of ward resources
Driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients
Maintaining and enhancing customer service and satisfaction
Leading and supporting the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda
Conducting yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Code of professional ConductPackage and Benefits:

As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you'll receive a comprehensive package including:

Relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration
Experience in acute nursing care
A Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies
Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
Recruitment and selection skills
Experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalentIf you've previously held roles such as Senior Registered Nurse, Ward Manager, Clinical Lead Nurse, Deputy Ward Manager, or Ward Sister, this Sister/Charge Nurse role could be an excellent fit for your next career move.
