Our client, a highly regarded civil engineering contractor based in the West of Scotland, invites an experiences Quality Advisor to explore a rewarding career path with them.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating closely with the quality manager to ensure the continuous ISO 9001 certification of the business.
Reviewing, updating, and implementing new quality procedures.
Fostering and cultivating a culture of quality.
Identifying areas for improvement in company management processes.
Preparing quality audits and generating relevant reports as needed.
Liaising with the management team for updates and coordination.
Assisting project teams in developing and implementing project-specific quality documentation.
Ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.
Identifying, documenting, and resolving non-conformances, coordinating trades and materials for defect resolution.
Requirements for this role include:

Proven experience as a quality professional in civil engineering and water projects.
Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001.
Excellent communication skills, given the level of interaction involved in the role.
An acute attention to detail.
Experience in developing Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, and managing Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions.
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
A valid UK driving licence.
