Key Details:

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, totaling 35 hours per week.
Salary: £23,500 plus an annual bonus.
Location: Hybrid work model available after 6 months probation - 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
Training: Comprehensive 4-week classroom and advanced grad bay training.
Start Date: June 2024.In this role, no two days are alike. You'll engage with customers, providing attentive support tailored to their unique circumstances. Whether it's facilitating settlements or resolving inquiries, your compassion and problem-solving skills will make a real difference.
