Driver Hire Dundee are recruiting for a 7.5T Driver to work with our new customer in Arbroath. This is a varied role, where you will work as part of a crew, and be required to drive a variety of different 7.5T vehicles depending on the project being worked on. Some days will see you driving, whilst others will see you working as part of the crew.
This is an ongoing position, due to last until March 2025. You will be working in the waste industry, collecting municipal waste from residential addresses.
As a 7.5T Driver, you will need:
* Category C1 entitlement on your UK driving licence
* Valid Drivers CPC and Digital Tachograph
* No more than 6 points on your licence with no major endorsements accepted
* Recent 7.5T driving experience
In return, the 7.5T Driver will receive:
* Hourly rate of £12.96 per hour (or, £14.53 per hour including holiday pay)
* Overtime paid at time and a half
* Monday to Friday shift pattern
* Full time hours
* Weekly pay
* Long term work with good permanent opportunities
