I am looking for the best Sales Team Leader out in the market to make a real difference in a growing, fantastic UK supplier.
If you have a passion for leading a team, you will lead by example, show your team how to continuously give the best service and give them the autonomy to thrive and achieve their, yours and the company targets.
We aren’t looking for someone just happy to sit and go through the financials even though that is fundamental, we want people who enjoy engage with their team, can read non-verbal situations when people need support and support a non-blame culture.
Our client has a reputation which is renowned for their quality, customer service and dedication to their own customers, so if you want to work somewhere you can also be the manager without clipped wings, we want to hear from you.
The people side is key – without having people skills, this role won’t work for you, you need to be able to respect everyone, in every position, externally and internally – and this is what we want to know from you – how you lead, coach, motivate and support people to be the best – so you can be the best.
The sales team have existing marvellous clients, major brands to look after and it’s up to you to make sure you and your team are giving your customer base the service they demand – the role can be challenging, life happens, but it’s how you and your team respond and react (and learn from) that matters.
