Search are recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator,

Location:Aberdeen / Portlethen
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

**Role Overview:**

**Requirements:**
- Proficient in IT, with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organised and
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in report writing and document checking
- Experience in logistics coordination preferred
- Ability to maintain accurate document control systems

**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate logistics for materials to be delivered for projects
- Prepare project documentation including packs and certifications
- Maintain accurate document control systems at both company-wide and project levels
- Organise and update any relevant legislation and distribute it to the wider business
- Assist with quality assurance by preparing documents for audits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Invoicing
- Managing stock levels
