Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable HGV 2 Multi-Drop Driver to join our dynamic team based in Dyce, Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to multiple locations efficiently and on time, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct multi-drop deliveries across assigned routes in Dyce and surrounding areas.
Load and unload goods, ensuring items are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition.
Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures from customers.
Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues to the maintenance team.
Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any delivery issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Valid HGV 2 (Category C) driving license.
Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card.
Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery role is preferred.
Strong geographical knowledge of Dyce and Aberdeen.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
Flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work overtime when necessary.
