P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking a Yard Operative to join their team based in Aberdeen, Cairnrobin on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
Tank Inspection:
* Visual inspection of helifuel and chemical tanks pre and post rental.
* Visual inspection of containers and cargo baskets pre and post rental.
Tank/ CCU Maintenance:
* Painting and refurbishment.
* Washing and cleaning.
* Tank/container components removal and fitment.
* Tank pressure testing (training will be provided).
Aviation tank farm (training will be provided):
* Filling tanks.
* Tank internal cleaning (confined space entry).
Workshop:
* Housekeeping.
* Tool control.
* HAVS control.
Yard:
* Housekeeping.
* Traffic control.
* Tank/ Units movement by forklift.
* Other general duties around yard and the premises.
Person Specification:
* Forklift (Essential)
* Physically fit (required to enter a 460mm manhole)
Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday 40 hours
