Based in Leith | fully on-site role
Full Time hours | Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm
Temp role for at least 1 month | potential to be extended up to 2 months
Pay rate of £12.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with one of our Nationwide clients to recruit this temporary role in their office based in Leith. This role is working on an Administration backlog for at least a month, potentially longer.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Checking customer documents to ensure they're compliant
* Scanning documents into the internal system, ensuring they are legible & clear
* Making contact with customers who's documents aren't compliant, requesting new documents & following up
* Carrying out ad hoc administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience within an administration role - this experience is essential even though training on the internal system & processes will be provided
* Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete your workload effectively
