Out of Hours Standby Coordinator

Smart City are currently recruiting a Out of hours standby Co-Ordinator for our client based in the Blantyre area.
This role is part of the our clients Service Delivery Team working, providing operational support to a field teams responsible for maintenance and emergency works on the Energy network in Ayrshire, Lanarkshire, Central and Fife, Edinburgh and borders as well as Dumfries.
This is a home based role.
Working a standby shift from 16:30 – 07:30 to receive, upload and dispatch emergency work for the client.
This role utilises IT systems so the candidate needs basic levels of IT skills.
Core contacts for this role are the clients operations centre, management teams and the field operatives.
The ability to prioritise tasks and respond to promoted work within a timely manner is critical to this role.
Hours of work Mon – Thurs 16:30 – 07:30
Also may require some weekend cover
