Project Manager required by National contractor that specialises in Housing Maintenance Contracts.
Ideally the successful individual will have started their career as a trades person and progressed into management although applications from candidates with relevant project experience will be considered.
Previous experience of working in housing maintenance projects is essential and medical/mobility adaptations experience would be beneficial.
Properties will be both void and occupied and the work will include both planned and reactive maintenance
All projects are based in Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
Package on offer is £45k plus Van, pension etc.
