The Role
* Lead the site's Quality and Hygiene teams as a vital part of the Senior Leadership Team.
* Ensure top-notch food safety, quality, integrity, and legality standards across the site.
* Develop and nurture a culture of quality throughout the site, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
* Drive the Technical strategy forward, focusing on continuous improvement.
* Oversee environmental hygiene performance, maintaining top standards to meet BRC AA+ and retailer audit requirements.
* Monitor key performance indicators and advise on corrective actions for food safety and quality.
The Candidate
* Experience in a Technical management role within the food industry
* Familiarity with major retailer audits and standards.
* Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, GMP, and legislative compliance.
* Excellent communication skills for both board-level presentations and team coaching.
