Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate or Junior)

My client a regional residential developer is seeking an experienced QS from the residential sector to join their team.
Within this role you will be responsible for 2-3 live projects and manage the day to day quantity surveying of the projects including attending regular project review meetings based on site. Sites will be within 40 minutes of the office locations and mostly in Surrey & Sussex.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience and be looking to progress to a senior QS in the coming years.
Reporting into the Commercial Manager this position will work closely with the Build manager to ensure strong communication within the business..
BSC or RICS accreditation in Quantity surveying or Commercial management would be advantageous but not essential
