We are currently looking for a Mobile Technician to join our Facilities Management clients. The role will be based in Bournemouth and offers a salary of £41,000.
Responsibilities for Mobile Technician
Undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works.
PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning
Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS system
Complete jobs mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves
Carry out minor installation work.
Requirements for Mobile Technician
Proven building maintenance experience
F-GAS 2079 CAT1
Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad.
Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs.
