Key information:
* Start in June
* 40 hours a week
* Working Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities include:
* As Sous chef you will second in command to the Head Chef assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen
* Preparing & serving fresh meals
* Ensuring high Food hygiene standards are achieved at all times
* Working as part of a team to continually develop and improve the food offer

Skills required:
* Level 2 food Hygiene qualification
* City & Guilds 706/1,706/2, NVQ level 2 - catering
* Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
* Understanding of allergens. portion control and recipe costings
