Our client, a leading legal organisation, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join their dynamic team. With a proven track record in all fields of commercial property work, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including buying, selling, leasing, and financing properties
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on commercial property transactions
Conduct due diligence and prepare relevant documentation, such as contracts, leases, and licences
Negotiate terms and resolve any legal issues that may arise during the acquisition or disposal of properties
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery of legal services
Stay updated with relevant legislation and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clientsRequirements:
Qualified Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 1 years PQE in all aspects of commercial property work
Demonstrated expertise in handling complex property transactions and providing sound legal advice
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, as well as experience with due diligence and transactional documentation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Proactive and detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management skills
