Sales and Design Consultant - Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £24.5k-£25.5k Per Annum (DOE)
Our client based in Aylesbury is seeking a Sales and Design Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with customer quotations and sales orders, as well as supporting the sales and design team with customer enquiries and ad-hoc tasks. You do not need to have any previous sales experience, however if you are a strong communicator with experience in a customer facing role, then we would love to hear from you!
Duties:
Processing customer quotations and sales orders after showroom visits and consultations
Sending out customer brochure requests that come through daily
Completing sale order paperwork, ready to be handed over to the customer care team
Supporting the sales and design team with any ad-hoc tasks
Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, live chat, and email
Welcoming customers when they arrive in the showroom, offering them drinks and introducing them to their showroom host
Providing customers with in-depth showroom tours
Completing full design consultation and maintaining a high standard throughout the day Requirements:
Must have a clean UK driving license and own transport
Previous experience in a customer facing office role
Strong and accurate data entry skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a team
IT savvy and be able to use in house systems
Ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload Benefits:
