Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Locality Team Manager to join our newly established Locality Hubs.

About Us:

About the Role:
As a Locality Team Manager, you will lead a team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers, overseeing the delivery of crucial statutory and early help services. Your responsibilities will include setting strategic direction, ensuring high standards of practice, and fostering a collaborative environment within a multi-agency framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers to deliver effective social work and early help services.
Ensure the quality of practice through regular assessment, planning, and review of services.
Manage performance effectively, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering value for money.
Develop and coordinate partnerships within the service and across multi-agency settings.
Play a pivotal role in local service developments and improvements, contributing to strategic planning and implementation.About You:
We are looking for a dedicated individual with substantial experience and expertise in Children's Services. You should have a proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and fostering effective partnership working. Strong leadership abilities, excellent project management skills, and a proactive approach to managing change are essential. A recognised social work qualification and current registration with Social Work England are prerequisites for this role.
