Our client is a well-established Chartered Surveyor who has been established for many years and deals with Residential, Commercial, and student lettings over several offices in the Kent area. Due to business demands our client is recruiting for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their established and friendly team at their Canterbury Branch.
Role: Receptionist/Administrator
Hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday with time off in lieu
Salary: £22.500.00 Per Year

Overview of Role:
To proficiently manage the reception, and the branch switchboard, and provide administrative support to the Residential team.
The Role:
* Reception duties including
* Greeting visitors, arranging appointments, liaising with potential tenants, arranging refreshments where necessary, etc.
* Operating Switchboard
* Assisting with renewals by preparing letters for renewal
* Dealing with correspondence
* Tracking documentation and ensuring its return
* Preparing paperwork for renewal once agreed
* General administration duties as required.
* Previous Receptionist/Administration skills necessary
* High level of concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Self-motivated
* Strong communication skills
* Must have excellent Word & Excel skills.
