Randstad Recruitment are working exclusively with a well renowned National FM Contractor on a senior management position within the Operations Team.
This role will be managing 1 prestigious commercial contract within the business and covering 4 large sites in the Suffolk area.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and management for a defined contract region and in-house team of staff.
Ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the region.
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions, and that both Client and Company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both in-house and subcontractor's activities.
Drive a culture of first class customer service across your region, and ensure effective relationships are harnessed with key Client contacts.
Ensure the region is staffed by fully capable teams, ensuring post holders are competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
Identify business risks and issues, adopting appropriate counter measures to minimise downtime and exposure for both the Company and Client.
Work with other operational managers (Company and Client) to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.
Ensure appropriate control measures are in place, such as audits and inspections, to ensure statutory, policy, and contractual commitments are met.
Own all regional financial planning and performance; including, the preparation of accurate budgets and forecasts, and annual operational and capital spend plans.
Ensure PPM and Reactive SLA performance is achieved through management and monitoring of the CAFM system.
Own regional compliance for contractual commitments, log book maintenance, and all QHSE standards and procedures.
Support the Client to maintain their business' continuity and physical security.
Qualifications:
IOSH Managing Safely
Legionella L8 Certificate- Desirable
Experience:
Management of direct line Engineers - 5 years
Senior management experience- 2 years desirable
