Job Advert: Learning & Organisational Development Technology & Performance Officer

Location: Romford, Essex

Salary: £21.75 per hour PAYE or 27.07 per hour Umbrella

Contract Type: Temporary

The role will optimise technology and performance within Learning & Organisational Development in line with the digital agenda. The organisation has recently implemented a new learning management system and are seeking a candidate to assist in navigating the system, apply development and trends in technology and customer insight to deliver solutions and make recommendations to improve service delivery.

To ensure that the functional design of all Customer Services technology and software across all channels including LXP, Web, Workforce My Career Development and all other systems and databases meet business requirements
Overall responsibility for the day to day management of the LMS (Learning Management System), LXP (Learning Experience Platform), My Career Development and core technology, applications, processes, techniques and methodologies
Analyse customer preferences and demand management, identifying potential return and financial benefits of all initiatives
Identify opportunities to collaborate and share services with external partners and organisations to enable effective delivery of training and recording staff development
Demonstrate an active awareness of developments and trends in technology to enable the enhancement of the functional design of L&OD technology in line with the workforce strategy
Implement a robust performance management information framework, utilising strong analytical ability to evaluate customer processes across multiple channels to identify and implement improvements to optimise the efficiency, effectiveness and economy of service delivery
Redesign and enhance systems and procedures as required within agreed frameworks
Advocate and facilitate opportunities with external partners to share services and with internal partners to improve service delivery
To lead and assist in all projects related to service delivery and improvementWhat are we looking for?

Demonstrate experience in the in the implementation and development of digital end-to-end process design including information, using analytics to determine decisions
Demonstrate experience of project management to develop a digital system
Experience using Learning Management Systems and providing training and insights
Demonstrate experience in implementing the latest tools and technologies to lead service transformation and improvement
